Situation: The Intertropical convergence zone remains slow-moving north of the Northern Line islands. Associated clouds will affect Washington and Fanning tonight. Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure lies southwest of the Phoenix group.

 

Northern Line Islands:

Gentle to moderate southeasterly winds of 06-16kts. Fresh at times.

Moderate seas.

 

Washington:

Tonight: Cloudy with occasional showers and heavy at times.

Tomorrow: Cloudy with morning light showers.

 

Fanning:

Tonight: Cloudy with light showers.

Tomorrow: Partly cloudy.
