A gusty wind advisory remains in force for the Northern Line Islands.The public is advised to take precautions to minimize possible impacts.

Weather forecast issued at 03:30pm Monday 20^th March 2023 and valid until 6am tomorrow.

Situation: The trough of low pressure remains further south with associated clouds mostly affecting Christmas Island is slowly moving westwards.  

For the Northern Line Islands:

Gentle to moderate easterly to north-easterly winds of 7-17kts and gust at times.

Moderate to rough seas.

For Washington:

Tonight:  Partly cloudy

Tomorrow: Sunny.

For Fanning:

Tonight: Partly cloudy with brief showers.

Tomorrow: Mostly sunny.

For Christmas:

Tonight: Partly cloudy with isolated brief showers.
Tomorrow: Sunny.

Light to moderate northeasterly winds of 4-14kts.
